What are your business hours?Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays. If 6SC will be closed on any other special occasion, updates will be posted via social media. You aren't GUARANTEED a response or design outside of my hours.

Communication?All contact regarding drafts, final drafts will be sent VIA EMAIL. Under no circumstances will projects be sent via social media. We will NOT answer any questions about pre-existing orders through any other platform besides email and text. If for any reason you have a question or concern that is not already answered on our website, you may schedule a phone consultation for a fee. Please be aware that we could possibly be working on projects so allow a 48-hour turnaround time for us to respond to your inquiry.

What files are included in my project?You will receive a PNG transparent file of your logo(s) and JPEGs of each. 3D Mockups can be added on for an additional fee. (other files may be available upon request, not guaranteed)

Do we print physical products?Yes, we do print physical products for specific items. Printed option will be included in product details if available.

What if I’m not satisfied or want changes made to my design?I offer a three draft policy which means you get 3 FREE revisions for each new order. Any extra change will result in a $10 fee for EACH CHANGE. There will be no refunds once a design has been started.

What’s your turnaround time?Turnaround time for most individual services are 3-5 business days. Shipping time not included. Larger, more complex projects require extended timeframes. Websites, custom packages/bundles, and other substantial projects may take up to 7-10 business days to complete If you require your project to be completed sooner than the listed timeframe, expedited services are available for an additional rush fee. WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN BUSINESS DAYS. You can find specific time frames under the product details of each item. We work diligently to deliver services promptly. However, turnaround times could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volume, personal emergencies, health problems and more. You will receive communication via email in the case of any emergency. Revisions take 1-3 business days to complete but can take longer depending on workload! Please also understand communication is key. Once you send information for any work, that's when we're able to begin working. Delayed responses for design work, can affect project turnaround. Please note: adding on revisions will increase the turnaround time.

Can I see my design BEFORE purchasing?No. Services do not begin until full payment is received. However, you are welcome to browse my social media for samples of my work. Once payment is made, design mock-ups will be sent to you via email for review and approval before any materials are printed.

Can I get my design ASAP?Sure! Email me and we can negotiate an additional rush fee that will be added to your service to receive it faster.

I liked my design a couple days/weeks/months ago, but now I want changes made, can I get them?After 24 hours, I will not make any changes on a design that was finalized. However, you can always purchase another design if you’d like a new design.
